When the sun rises on April 18th, chances are most of you Coachella-goers are going to be pretty damn haggard. Two full days of drinking and running around a huge field under the hot desert sun will pretty much seal that fate.

So how are you gonna manage standing on your own two feet come Sunday? Besides the obvious water guzzling that any expert would recommend, I’m going to have to suggest checking out one of Coachella’s lesser known acts to get you back in the mood to party-Miike Snow.

Hit more to find out why.

Known since 2007 as an indie electro-pop threesome straight out of Sweden, you might actually already know more about these guys than you think.

Comprised of writer/producers Chris Karlsson, Pontus Winnberg, and Andrew Wyatt, the guys of Miike Snow have already made names for themselves in the producing world. Karrlson and Winnberg are also known as Bloodshy & Avant- a duo known for producing Grammy award winning pop hits (Yes, they worked on Britney Spears’ “Toxic”) as well as remixes for fellow indie acts like Vampire Weekend, Passion Pit, and Peter Bjorn & John.

If you’re a fan of Phoenix, MGMT, or Vampire Weekend, you should give Miike Snow a listen. They also have some pretty trippy videos too.

Check out the video for their hit single “Animal.

“Black and Blue” is not only an awesome song, but the star of this music video reminds me of The Dude and that’s always a plus!

Lastly, the video for “Silvia” will undoubtedly leave you with some goosebumps.

Miike Snow will be playing at Coachella on Sunday. (They’re listed as one of the smaller acts so make sure you’re there early enough to see them.)
