I got the word that Mike was heading over to Crossfit LA in Santa Monica to start training for the Irvine Lake Mud Run. I grabbed my trusty video camera and hit the 10 Freeway, exited Centinella and up I shot to Santa Monica Blvd in hopes to seeing Mike cry like a little girl.

Click more to watch his sissy workout.

Clearly not a sissy workout at all… Mike was near throwing up toward the end but kept it together. This, along with a few more workouts should get him in shape for the huge Irvine Lake Mud Run this Sunday.

Irvine Lake Mud Run - Make it a point to be there. Whether you take part or just watch from the sidelines, it’s a spectacle.

I just got roped into doing the mud run last week! They’ve made it into a competition at my work. I just hope I can finish it. I guess I’ll be down and dirty with you on Sunday. See you there.

P-Mike,
This was my third year at the World Famous Camp Pendleton Mud Run in San Diego. It is amazing when you stop drinking and refocus that energy to something healthy – the crazy things you let yourself get talked into.

I hope it went well.

Cheers.
