Trailer: Tron Legacy Featuring Daft Punk

So most of you were either wee toddlers or simply non-existent when the original Tron cyber-rocked the big screen in 1982 (including myself), but don’t sweat, the 2010 edition will hit theaters this January, and so far it looks insane.
Click more to enter the diabolical 3-dimensional world accompanied by a sneak peek of the Daft Punk soundtrack. The French electronica-duo are well-known for their abundance of hits, consisting of some of the most catchy and rock-your-body beats ever assembled.
Here, you will find their approach to be darker, more orchestral, but electronic nonetheless. The real story here is the trailer. Our favorite “Dude” makes his return as well.
See for yourself!

Seriously!!! I was born July 27th of that year! So for me to have been able to see it I would’ve had to be delivered right there in the theater right as the Disney logo was introing before Tron came on! Great movie though! The new one, which actually appears to be part II of the first Tron, looks excellent with the computer graphics…and a sickass group like Daft Punk soundtrackin’ it! It’s gonna be a theater blockbuster for sures! We can only wait and see…but ’82…that’s funny…
