Our precious (stinking) KROQ President’s Day-to-Z weekend is unearthing some dittys (numbers, selections) that haven’t turned up on the radio waves a lot lately (wait, what?).

QUEENS OF THE STONE AGE – ‘No One Knows’ (These guys are quite possibly my favorite alt/rock band…simply because they are alternative – rock personified.)
BOB MARLEY – No Woman, No Cry (this clip is from 1979 – and, after an hour’s worth of blue screen notes, it gets into a very engaging live performance.)
GARBAGE – #1 Crush (Oh, Shirley, how you rock! Dang. I rarely missed a chance to see Garbage live – and here’s one of their performances from 1998.)
