Someone out there took the time to make a YouTube compilation video about the lyrics they “thought” they heard. There’s “Sex on Fire” by Kings of Leon. The chorus is my favorite part.

Back when Tears For Fears released their 1993 album Elemental, KROQ played both the title track and “Break It Down Again.” I remember Jed the Fish intentionally mishearing the lyrics as: “I touch little boys” (the real lyric is: “Hot tips for boys”)
From the same song, there is the line: “Headstrong like a horse,” which made me wonder if it was: “He’s hung like a horse.” (And you thought Trapt was the first KROQ band to use the word “headstrong”)
