2-8-10 “Love Removal Machine”

With Valentines Day on the horizon I thought I would focus on love. I’m not totally sure what Ian Astbury was shooting for lyrically but I’d say it’s the musical equivalent of that mind erase procedure used in Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. Oh, how I wish that machine really existed.

The Cult will play the Musink Tattoo and Music Festival February 19th.
