I was talking on the phone with my mom yesterday and the same exact thing happened, and I asked her, “what’s happening, I can’t hear you”. She laughed and said that her thumb was on the mouthpiece. So my vote is his thumb was covering the mouthpiece.

What I think is that Ozzy probably needed to use both his hands and might have held his phone with his head and shoulder and might have covered the mouthpiece picked it up after you guys told him something. …. oh yeah listen to Wing sing ACDC highway to hell LOL
