Listen To Peter Gabriel Cover Arcade Fire
A little while back Bean posted something wonderful regarding Radiohead covering Peter Gabriel and Peter Gabriel covering Radiohead. Hopefully by now you’ve read it and are tuned into the fact that Mr. Gabriel is releasing an album of cover songs titled ‘Scratch My Back’. He covers Radiohead, David Bowie, Bon Iver, Arcade Fire… The list goes on and on and has music lovers like myself foaming at the mouth. I was so excited when I saw that his cover of Arcade Fire’s “My Body Is A Cage” had hit the internet. I must share this:

Wow, what a great song to choose and what a great singer Peter Gabriel still is. I remember interviewing him back in the 80s at the height of his musical success. He was such a down-to-earth and humble man and I’ve never forgotten that. Thanks Nicole!

Peter Gabriel has such great songs! Remember when KROQ used to play him?? How about some Peter Gabriel on the recently-brought-back Flashback Lunch?? Steam, Digging In The Dirt, In Your Eyes!!!!
On July 22, 1993, I got to see Peter Gabriel at The Forum. It was awesome (and only my third concert I had ever attended).
