My Chemical Romance To Return To Small Venues?

As the recording of My Chem’s next album nears completion, Gerard Way hints that the band’s up and coming tour may be held in small punk venues.
Way explains that the return to smaller venues is due to two major factors. The songs on the new album will work well in a more intimate setting, and the economy is still doing poorly. He goes on to explain:
The record we’ve made reflects the size of the venues we’re going to play them in. We can play these songs in stadiums; we can play them in arenas. But we can also play them in punk clubs, and maybe that’s all people are gonna be able to go to next time around, who knows?
As for the new album, it currently remains untitled. However, Way says that fans should NOT expect something as theatrical as The Black Parade saying:
People just wanna f*cking rock. I don’t know that people want to make statements right now. I can’t comment on anybody else’s record but I certainly feel something in the air, like, people just want the truth and they don’t need a big story.
Regardless of the changes, we are really looking forward to My Chem’s new album!

Now that’s the My Chemical Romance I figured they would’ve been before “Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge” blew up amongst the little 15 year old girls! Glad to know that, if you state that you represent punk rock, that you be punk rock! Keep it Real! That’s what I always say… “Some might say we are made from the sharpest things you say, We are young and we don’t care, Your dreams and your hopeless hair, We never wanted it to be this way.”
