Chris Cornell And The “Songbook” Series

Filed Under:

Chris Cornell has the voice of an iron angel and I have never minded the fact that it’s attached to that face. He’s not ugly. Not at all. That is besides the point though. Mr. Cornell is performing at The Troubadour on January 29th as part of his “songbook” series. He’ll play most everything you know and love and throw in a few surprises as well.

I heard Soundgarden was reuniting at Coachella. I guess not. At least not yet.

I’m just curious if “surprises” is secret code for Soundgarden reunion…I’m still debating on droppin’ the 25 plus change! What about you Nicole? Are you gonna hit up the Troub? I don’t know…I mean, it would just totally make my year to know that I ended up seein’ one of my most favorite grunge groups play at my most favorite venues to see concerts at…but at the same time…I’m not really a Cornell solo guy…and for me its not just the ticket cost but the gas cost and the drink cost…this is gonna be a tough decision man! Have a good night lady!

I probably will. I like the “suprises” element of it too much to stay away.
