It’s a bummer that there’s no Muse, but at least Slightly Stoopid made the cut

If you guys put together a DVD I will buy it for $20. I went to night one and that was the best concert i’ve ever been to.

I’d pay $50+ for both night’s DVDs, and the profits go to Para Los Ninos and the Al Wooten Jr. Heritage Center.

Seriously!~ I wanted to go soooooo bad to night #1… Not that I don’t love Muse, but I really didn;t care much for the other bands on Night #2….. YOU PROMISED you would be posting video footage, Mr. KROQ director of programming. I love the Anberlin, Pheonix and Rise Against tracks on the album,… but once again SERIOUSLY, please give us some Alice n Chains, AFI, Muse, and put up “Crawl Back In” from Dead by Sunrise… Not for nothing, but I think most KROQ listeners are into the “rock” part of the station and not so much the reggae stuff. Not that Slightly Stoopid and Sublime are not great musicians… but really, are they considered rock?

louis Trent. come one dude. most of the music that kroq is forced to play now isnt even rock.. tokyo hotel come on dude. lets be serious. as for the sublime and slightly stoopid comment. you must not like music as much as you think you do. go listen to your hubby ryan gaycreast. i bet you beat up the beat when your at the club to huh.

KROQ, the requests for DVDs are overwhelming. Please provide the DVD for this awesome event. I attended both nights and loved them both. It was by far the best set of concerts I’ve been to this past year. The CD should at the very least contain a song from each artist. Please provide what the people want, you’d be pleasantly surprised that most people would pay a good amount to have these items.

I’m guessing that the bands left off the album aren’t the choice of KROQ but the choice of the artists. Big thanks to the bands that are letting KROQ share for charity.
Both nights were fantastic as usual. These shows never disappoint.
