How To Use The New KROQ.com

So, the KROQ DJ was on the air talking about something that sparked your interest. Maybe a picture of Kevin’s giant head, maybe Nicole’s Nine Inch Nails tattoo. We’ll, there are several very easy ways to find what you want.

See the Search bar at the top right of your screen? No, it’s not a Google search. This sucker searches KROQ.com! Type in “Them Crooked” and you’ll get a whole host of Them Crooked Vultures content. Give it a try.

Everything on the new KROQ.com is clickable! For example, you can search by tags. By clicking the Almost Acoustic Christmas tag within any post,  you’ll a list of everything related to Acoustic Christmas.

Still not seeing what you want? Or, maybe you want to poke around for something new, scroll down and browse through ”More KROQ“.

Kat and Sluggo fans rejoice. Search everything posted by them just by clicking on their red author tags.

KROQ.COM, A WORK IN PROGRESS
We are literally working around the clock building new features and enhancements to KROQ.com.

Among the many enhancements in progress, we are building new podcast pages which will allow you to preview and download the audio that you want, when you want. But, until we launch our new podcast/audio system, we’re using a slighly clunky old version.

For Kevin & Bean fans that download the podcast on a daily basis, we recommend using iTunes for uninterrupted service. Go to the iTunes Store and search for Kevin & Bean. Then click the “Subscribe” button. Every time you open iTunes on your computer, it will automatically download the latest podcast.

For those of you that use devices other than iPods, click on Kevin & Bean on top of KROQ.com, then Podcasts on the left hand navigation bar.

Yeah, this podcast page looks a little lame, but, we’re changing it soon. But, in the mean time we know you need your fix of Kevin & Bean. For PCs, right-click on the Mp3 file you, select “Save Target As” and decided where you want the podcast to be saved. Mac users control-click and “Save As” and choose where you want the file saved.

Lastly, we want your input. You’ll notice that there’s a comment box at the bottom of every post. This is where you come in. Give us your thoughts on everything.
