Social Networking Syndrome: Nicole’s Rant Against Facebook
Ah, this social networking bull*hit is ALMOST too much to handle. There are days I wish I never heard of this phenomenon and therefore I wouldn’t find myself participating in this on-line exodus of one-on-one communication with each other. Most of the information that I receive about my friends, family…well I get all that from a Facebook status update. Ugh.
I actually HATE Facebook, but, I use it anyways because most of my friends do and yes! I am a sheep amongst the herd. However, I STILL use My Space and I love it. I actually go there for peace and quiet. When I want to be alone and gather my thoughts. I go to Twitter when I have something simple to get off my chest and I use Facebook like a cheap whore.
