Rick’s Sorry It’s Been A While Since A Post But…

Sorry that its been a bit since my last update. I’ve been really busy dealing with the whole Kevin & Bean “Nick Savage” fiasco. Not really….I’m just lazy I guess. At least I don’t lie to you.

Hollywood Undead are playing the KROQ Almost Acoustic Xmas and I’m scared. They wear masks. And bandanas. And flat bill hats. They look like robbers. I bet they would rob me for my drink tickets if I get too close to them at AAXMAS.

Paramore is playing too. (Insert hot singer joke here.) People forget that homegirl can sing her ass off. Go look up an acoustic performance by Paramore and you can see what I mean.

I can’t wait to see AFI. (Insert make-up joke about Davey here.) People also forget that Davey always has the hottest chick with him. I don’t know him or his girl, but the last few times I’ve seen him, dude always has a hot chick on his arm. So ya know what? Maybe I should wear some make up. Yeah, maybe not. Either way, Davey rules and the new AFI record will slay.

I can’t wait for the new Green Day record. Butch Vig producing? C’mon, can it get any better?

Also – I said that I wasn’t gonna talk about new music on this page since the lovely Kat knows more about new bands than anyone really should, so why would I even try? Well, because I love a band called The Gaslight Anthem. Punk Rock Bruce Springsteen. That’s the best way to describe them. It’s been a long while since I’ve heard a band that can tell stories like this band. Go buy the record asap. It’s called ’59 Sound. If you are gonna be a jerk and steal the record, go buy a t-shirt. I have a feeling these dudes are grinding it out somewhere in a van right now….so help them out.
