2007 Show… Great to go to Weenie Roast that time around. It was worth it just to see Tim Armstrong and Social D. (All-time favorites of my life. Mike Ness especially cuz I am a real Orange County girl!! Represent!)
Incubus was a surprise performance, they were hella good with just 2 guys playing. Tiger Army, Rise Against, and Queens didnt let us down either, always love their energy. That Josh Homme is a cheeky monkey. Bad Religion sounded just like their albums as always and like if they were still in their 20′s. (Much respect to them). The Silversun Pickups and Peter Bjorn & John were a pleasant surprise to hear and good to mellow out to. Linkin Park surprised the hell out of me with the slowed down versions of songs, out of the blue it made me f”ing cry. (Or was that just smoke in my eyes ???)
Last time I was there in 1994 the Ramones headlined! (RIP most of that band) And I got hit in the head by Lars Fredriksen of Rancids’ Doc Martens in the pit! Whenever I see him now I remember his bright orange mohawk that day. Hahaha…Goodtimes. I was young it was awesome. I still have the guitar pic from Rob Zombie. I’d do it all again in a heartbeat.
